Founded by kick-ass foodie, nutritionist, and training lover, Sally O’Neil.
After moving to my now home-land, Australia, I went on my own battle with nutrition, self-love and the rocky road to health that so many people can relate to. Fuelled by the toxicity of social media, false health and nutrition information and constant mixed messages, I was fed up with the confusion and wanted to regain my power.
Now after completing my Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional & Dietetic Medicine and treating a long list of clientele, I want to share my knowledge with the world, and give people like yourself easy access to science-backed information, all in one place, in a totally customised way. I want to empower people with everything they need to make a positive change in their life.

My wellbeing philosophy is based on a 3 pillar plan in order to achieve lasting, optimal health and wellbeing - diet, lifestyle and behaviour.
The third pillar is too often overlooked, but is often the key to reaching your goals.
